1. Pack everything well in the original undamaged packaging. Make sure everything is complete.

2. Use the return registration form, once accepted you can print a form.

3. Add the newly printed form to the package

Are you not satisfied with your order? You can register a return request no later than 14 days after receipt, then you have another 14 days to return the order at your own expense. This can be done online or through our stores. To register a return request, go to your orders under ‘My account’, select the orders for which you want to return one or more items, click on ‘Return items’, then select the products and the reason for return and send the request. We will then contact you. NB! To avoid misunderstandings, you should always submit a return request or contact us.

If you opt for the online registration form, you have an additional 14 days to return your product.

Can I exchange ‘custom’?
All custom-made items* cannot be returned. These are made entirely according to the customer’s wishes. The Handwerk General Terms and Conditions apply to this. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the result, please let us know. Contact us via the contact form.

* Items that fall under customization are: BrowbandDesign browbands, Plastron Unique stocks and Plastron Design stocks, Derby riding boots and all other products that are custom made or adapted in any way as desired.


Have you decided to return your order to us? Then we would like to receive your order in its original condition, with packaging and completely complete. After we have received your returned order, the full amount will be deposited into your account. This is the account with which you placed the order.

If we do not receive the order back in its original condition, you will receive 75% of the original purchase amount.

We strive to transfer the purchase amount to your account within 3 working days after receipt of your returned order. If this does not work, you can rest assured that the relevant amount will be deposited into your account within 14 days after the return notification.


The conditions for returning products apply to NON-custom products. The legal cooling-off period of 14 days applies to these products within which you can cancel the purchase. ALL products that fall under customization and adapted, cannot be returned. In this case, please contact customer service.
In principle, we do not process products returned outside the period. Please also contact customer service for this. Make sure that your return has been registered at all times.
